Fivatier, hiring house for 4 to 6 people

Our hiring was classified in the category 3 Stars (furnished with tourism) by the Prefecture of "Les Landes" in 04/2013.

The house is independent and is located at the south of our property from approximately 1 hectare (see the catch of air sight in the heading "Photos"). It was entirely renovated in 2003 and is planned for a maximum of 6 people. Its surface on the ground is of 73 m², with 1 stage (livable surface from approximately 95 m²).

The ground floor is composed of :

• the hall (6 m²)

• the dining room and the living room (23 m²), color television

• 1 large bedroom (13 m²) with 1 bed of 140 and a cupboard

• 1 bedroom (10 m²) with 2 beds of 90 and a cupboard

• 1 kitchen well equipped (12 m²): fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary equipment

• a bathroom of 6 m² with a shower and a wash machine

• toilets

From the living room, a staircase enables you to reach the first floor which is composed of :

• a mezzanine (11 m²)

• a mansard-roofed room (13 m²) with 1 bed of 140

The house is equipped with integrated electric heating.

Sheets and feather covers are provided.

Outside, an open space is at your disposal, as well as living room of garden, barbecue, swings for children, bowling pitch, table-tennis table.

Also at your disposal : swings for children, bowling pitch, table-tennis and also material for babies (chair, reads).

We lend bicycles according to our availabilities.

Carpark in the vicinity immediate of the house, shelter for bicycles.

The animals could not be allowed that under certain conditions.
